The decks of our bridges are made of 6mm teardrop plate, which makes the bridge non-slip and prevents water from accumulating on its surface. The frame is made of five or six U-beams, depending on the length of the bridge. The base structure ensures that the bridge remains firmly in place and each bridge model is dimensioned to withstand all legally road-going vehicles.

The pictures show the results of a six-meter bridge. Strength calculations show that our bridges are suitable for longer crossings than our competitors' bridges, given their length. In the calculation, the weight has been determined to be 300kN on the bridge's centerline and the crossing length is four meters. The weight is distributed in the structures so that the highest stress is just over 200MPa (yield strength 275MPa) and the maximum deflection is just over 15mm.
