Service
All measuring devices require service at some point.
Reliable service close to the customer is a key principle of our operations. We aim to service equipment quickly and keep a comprehensive stock of spare parts for all products we sell readily available.
If needed, customers can rent a replacement device while their own is being serviced. We service equipment regardless of brand, and every device is returned with a calibration certificate in accordance with our quality system. Our service team also provides expert support when purchasing new devices.
Sending Devices for Service
You can fill out the service form on our website, print a copy, and include it with the device (make sure to write at least the email subject ID clearly on the package). Please also send a copy of the form by email to both us and the customer so we can prepare for the device’s arrival.
- Deliver the device to the nearest Trafino service point or directly to our service department.
- We recommend using insured freight services for delivery. Device returns are shipped back freight collect, unless otherwise agreed.
Freight charges via our contract are €15 + VAT 24%. Schenker delivers shipments to the specified address at an agreed time. Once the shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow the delivery.
Shipping terms: One package may weigh up to 30 kg. Multi-package shipments max. 10 packages with a combined weight of 99 kg. Shipment length may not exceed 200 cm.
We deliver via Posti and Matkahuolto as well. Shipments are always delivered directly to the customer’s door. Shipping costs are paid either by the sender, the recipient, or according to an agreement. Shipments are always delivered to the door.
