Ramudden and Work Zone Safety Group Acquire Trafino Oy
Europe’s largest expert in temporary traffic management and safety solutions, Ramudden, together with Work Zone Safety Group, has acquired 100% of the shares of Trafino Oy, Finland’s leading supplier of traffic warning and control equipment.
“We have followed Trafino closely ever since we entered Finland in 2012. The team has done a fantastic job and significantly contributed to the development of Finland’s traffic products, control equipment, and safety standards as they are today. We share the same values and focus on continuous product development with innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions to meet our customers’ needs,” says Hans-Olov Blom, Founder and Group CEO of Ramudden.
With this acquisition, operations now span nine Finnish cities and employ 160 people.
