Ramudden Finland to Acquire Savon Kilpi Oy

On May 2, Ramudden signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Savon Kilpi Oy, a Finnish company specializing in the manufacturing of signs.

Savon Kilpi was founded in 1982 and recorded a turnover of €2.6 million in 2023. The company employs 14 people.

“We are excited to join forces with our most important customer after years of successful cooperation, and we look forward to the future,” says Arto Pesonen, CEO of Savon Kilpi Oy.

“We are acquiring one of our key suppliers. Our common goal is to further develop and grow the business,” says Petter Grönlund, Managing Director of Ramudden Finland and the Baltics.

Savon Kilpi will become a subsidiary of Ramudden Finland’s operations. Ramudden Finland provides equipment and services for traffic safety on roads, construction sites, and other infrastructure projects. The company operates in Helsinki, Vantaa, Lahti, Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Vaasa, Kuopio, Jyväskylä, and Lappeenranta.
