C.Scope CXL4 Cable Locator

The C.Scope CXL4 cable locator represents a significant advancement in detecting cables and pipes. The device has received new innovative features and improvements that also enable the detection of difficult-to-find objects. Working methods have been developed and the impact of human errors minimized, enhancing the device's performance.

The CXL4 offers four enhanced search modes:
- search for electrical cables with current,
- search for long metallic objects such as pipes and cables,
- search for transmitter 33+131kHz signals,
- search mode that scans all three other search functions simultaneously. It is designed to be user-friendly, reducing the need for training. The device supports dual-frequency operation with 33 kHz and 131 kHz signals, effectively improving the detection of multiple buried objects.

The device features optimized sensitivity and noise reduction, ensuring efficient operation in high background interference environments. Intelligent features include AlarmZone™, which alerts to shallow pipes or cables, Dynamic SwingSensor, which warns against excessive swinging, and PeakHold, which assists in more precise object location.

Additionally, the CXL4 allows data transfer via USB and offers a free downloadable PC Toolkit and Relay application that facilitate graphical analysis of recorded data.

The device does not require regular calibration as it performs an automatic daily self-test (ADST) to verify functionality.
The device is equipped with a large, backlit digital display protected by a polycarbonate lens, clearly showing all necessary information. The speaker is detachable, and the device's double-wall construction provides IP65 protection against dust and water, making it durable for use.

Data logging: Internal capacity for storing over 12 months of data (under normal use), recorded once per second. Recorded data includes time, date, mode, sensitivity level, received signal level, frequency, depth, self-test result, and swing indicator.
