Construction bridge 1.5x6m

The decks of our construction bridges are made of 6mm diamond plate, which prevents the bridge from being slippery and stops water from accumulating on its surface. The frame is made of five or six U-beams, depending on the length of the bridge. Thanks to the base structure, the bridge stays firmly in place, and each bridge model is designed to withstand all legally permitted vehicles on the roads.

The images show results from a six-meter bridge. Strength calculations indicate that our bridges are suitable for longer spans compared to competitors' bridges of the same length. The calculation assumes a load of 300kN on the centerline of the bridge with a span length of four meters. The load distribution in the structure results in a maximum stress of just over 200MPa (yield strength 275MPa) and a maximum deflection of just over 15mm.
