Ergonomic design offers 100% unobstructed access inside the spill containment mat, allowing a spacious floor area for vehicle tires, pedestrian access, and cleaning needs. The patented Rigid-Lock wall support system protects users from tripping and falling when moving near the mat's outer edge. Built-in stainless steel support structures hold the walls at 305 mm height in a 90-degree vertical position. The Rigid-Lock QuickBerm® provides immediate and safe use, offering worry-free readiness for spill management.

Like the QuickBerm® Plus, the standard QuickBerm® resists a wide range of chemicals including fuels, oils, greases, and most acids. It is durable enough for long-term use. Exceptional structural strength is achieved with reinforced CriticalCorner™ design featuring full-length beveled electric welds at the corners, preventing bulging, opening, or corner collapse during full liquid containment. The top edge of the walls has a 25 mm abrasion-resistant reinforcement that increases wall durability. Support structures include a black, tough nylon center section with an integrated hole for anchoring in windy conditions (anchors not included). When anchored and upright, the support structure withstands winds up to 64 km/h. Walls fold down quickly, allowing easy vehicle entry and exit. The portable design folds rapidly for storage and transport.

Built-in Rigid-Lock wall support systems maximize the usable interior space of the spill containment mat and significantly reduce tripping hazards near the edges. The device’s walls fold in only one direction, inward toward the spill containment area. The one-piece construction folds evenly and remains firmly attached to the wall. Support structures withstand extreme temperatures (-45 °C to 71 °C) and when folded down, support over 5,000 kg per tire. Additionally, Rigid-Lock support structures fully support the mat height without bending or damage. If a wall is damaged, for example if a user drives off the mat without the wall in the correct position, the stainless steel support structures can be replaced.

Note: The difference between QuickBerm® Plus and standard Rigid-Lock QuickBerm® models lies in the durability of the PVC-coated fabric. The Plus version is thicker and more durable, better suited for repeated vehicle entry and exit. The standard QuickBerm® is better suited for less frequent vehicle traffic, pedestrian use, and heavy material storage.
