KVL (2.0 x 2.0) Basic element

This small trench support is especially designed for urban and suburban excavations.
KVL is ideal for municipal engineering works such as water and gas pipelines, electrical and telecommunication cable installations.
Thanks to its low total weight, KVL trench supports can be handled with small excavators.

It features sturdy crossbars (the same as KS60), which can be adjusted to the desired width and quickly replaced (secured with bolts and pins).
The support elements are also equipped with lifting lugs to facilitate handling.
Despite the low weight, the support elements are stable and can be installed either by lifting directly into the trench or by gradually digging down.

The basic KVL elements come ready to use and include standard 98x700 expandable crossbars
(working width 0.988 - 1.328 m) with pins and sockets.

Additional crossbars can be added if needed:
Stock includes 0.5 m and 1.0 m crossbars.
With 0.5 m crossbars, internal working width is (1.488 - 1.828) m and external width (1.608 - 1.948) m.
With 1.0 m crossbars, internal working width is (1.988 - 2.328) m and external width (2.108 - 2.448) m.
