Krings KVL is a compact trench support that is suitable for use in confined spaces. The trench support box size is 2x2m and the working width can be adjusted with an adjustable intermediate bar.

KVL (2.0 x 2.0) Basic element

This small trench support is especially for trenches in cities/urban areas.
KVL is ideal for municipal engineering work, e.g. contracting for water and gas pipelines, electricity and telecommunications cables.
Thanks to their low overall weight, KVL trench supports can be handled even with small excavators.

It has sturdy spacer bars (same as the KS60) that can be adjusted to the desired width and quickly replaced (secured with bolts and pins).
The support elements are also equipped with lifting lugs for easier handling.
Despite their low weight, the support elements are stable and can be installed either by lifting them directly into the trench or by gradually digging them downwards.

The KVL basic elements are ready to use and include 98x700 spreadable spacer bars as standard.
(usable width 0.988 - 1.328) mm with pin and shock.

If necessary, you can add spacers:
0.5m and 1.0m spacer bars in stock.
With 0.5m spacers, the internal working width is (1.488 - 1.828) m and the external width is (1.608 - 1.948) m.
With 1.0m spacers, the internal working width is (1.988 - 2.328) m and the external width is (2.108 - 2.448) m.
